On to the next one...

So this week, wasn't that good but not horrible.  I had the chocolate issue, the eating too much because of working out. I  has food of my girlfriends plate yesterday (potatoes) and rice with dinner last night.  No big portion issues, just not what I planned to eat.  I gained a lb.  Which all things considered isn't horrible.

Oh yeah and I hadn't pooped all week and I think that had something to do with it. I also realized while I am trying to do low carb I am not doing a true atkin's induction more like the OWL portion so i am going to count calories and stick to low carb food, but adding fruit back in as a snack.   Oh yeah and buying something chocolate to bring.

Totally didn't want to work out today, but Kendall hogan got me going. 30 min cardio.

On a nice note.  I am past my weekly goal to hit my 500 min for the month.

I looked over my weight history since 9/13 when I started back again and I've actually hit my weight goal for the month. 8lbs. (i've lost 9)...so even with all the "issues" I'm going in the right directions.  Curious where I'll be when it is officially a month on the 13th...

Well this week end been a little wacky. I didn't eat anything I planned to eat. I didn't over eat and I think I made good choices all week. I only exercised once this week which I'm not entirely happy with, but I'm ok with that too. Back at it tomorrow (Saturday). So anyway. I know I haven't had the big 3-4 weight loss I had been having so I jumped on the scale. I'm down a pound( to 333) . Its nice because I haven't gained, but I would like to be firmly in the 320s by the end of the month. I have managed to stick to my lent goals with the exception of the 2 beef meals I've had. I will admit Applebees has been calling and it was rough avoiding the scallops with bacon but I'm ok. Funny who I can ignore the Ben and Jerry's and not the scallops. I wonder if it will get easier. Happy that I am not forming any new attachments with food. I do have a craving for hooter, but I think their salads (if you can call it that, more like salad dressi...
One of my new year's resolutions was to post more in my blogs, particularly my intuitive eater blog. So I bought a scale yesterday because I couldn't find one that was easily accesible when I wanted to know my weight. It is a Tanita Scale . It is the best scale I've ever used. easy, no wacky changing depending on when you get on and off and the alignment of the moon and stars. So in 3 months I've only lost 2 lbs. I really am not as upset as I probably would have been because I lost it eating supposedly bad foods and not being miserable. I bought the scale to keep me a little more focused and honest. More later
I decided to create this blog to keep track of my eating and kinda watch my progress since I think this time is a little different. Normally when Get back on the wagon I am extreme (less than 25 carbs a day) excercise 7 days a week, weights...You get the idea, but this time I said fuck it and would do it the way I felt I could do it. I would try and eat like I had some sense, excercise 3-4 days a week. I am on 3fatchicks.com and had previously been on a 21 day challenge that I could never seem to get past day 5. So I joined a thread for a 7 day challenge, but instead of consecutive days it was just pick how many days out of 7 you can do something and do it. So I did the excercise 3 days a week and I did it...LOL. The next week I added one serving of vegetables or fruit a day. During my second 7 day challenge I discovered a thread called intuitive eater. The basic premise is eat when your hungry and eat till your satisfied. You can have whatever you want, but don't eat based...
