I actually wasn't intending to blog, but I think I needed to vent a little so here I am. First the bad, my period started monday and while I haven't had a repeat of death by donut I've had a few cheats (frozen yogurt, 2 mojitos, 2 hot dogs, 1 beer) This isn't in one sitting but over the course of this week. I didn't really overeat just ate thing I shouldn't have. I haven't weighed myself because I wasn't interested in the emotional rollarcoaster that would have been, but my ankles are currently the size of grapefruit...blah. When Aunt flo has officially left time I'll weigh a day or so after that The question is usually after my period if over there is a 3-5 lbs loss, but I've been cheating so there is the potential for a gain.
