Quickie post since i haven't posted in a while.
Well my eating is back to normal and I have upped the exercise to include weights. Last weigh in was 321 and goal is to be in the teens by the end of the month. I am going to weigh myself early since a friend is coming to visit and I want to see the difference before and after the visit.
For the weights I have been doing Jari love get ripped and prevention fitness 3-2-1.
Prevention gives me a full 10 min ab workout, jari is only 4 and I get twice the thigh workout which I think I need since with just one I don't really feel it.
I also try and do at least 20-30 min of just cardio before the other stuff.
I am a little more tired, but my trip to Jamaica in 2.5 months away and I set a goal for myself. I can't buy clothes for spring/summer until I am 299. I don't think it is unattainable between now and then. We'll see.
