Trying to do this every friday, helps me focus for the week.

Ok so last week I did ok, gained about to really tweaking what I am eating. I think ate out 3 times. so
Absolutely no eating out mon-fri (except for my salad mon-wed and fri)
no eating off anyone's plate
no seconds at dinner
I'm going to put the forbidden food list on hold for right now.
didn't make the ab workout, but will try it again this week.
Also realized I'm not drinking enough water. So an entire red container (my container at work) of water before I drink anything else.
Changing my Week to start on Saturday and end in friday.

Stick to list of forbidden foods.
No eating off anyone's plates
one chocolate snack a day, not from the can
1200 or less calories a day at work. (the rest are for dinner)
Ab workout tue and thur
rice or potatoes fri night.
