Usually when I try and lose weight its a I have to hurry up and lose and why did I only lose x amount of lbs. I am a goal oriented person and while I hate the scale I do want the number to go down. So I am aiming to lose 2 lbs a week or on average 8 lbs a month. I also need to think of rewards, but that will come later
