Revenge of Cheat Day aka Death by Donut

So yesterday I was tired of egg white omelets so decided it was going to be cheat day.  I had 3 donuts...
which is way more than I should have...so I'll need to work on that.  I avoided the pizza at a dept meeting YAYYY NSV...and I had a salad. Went out with a friend to take a spin in my new car and had a hamburger.

Really none of that is really horrible except my death by donuts.

 I woke up meh today.

Kinda sluggish, feeling a little bloated. It might be just the end of the week or it might have been the carbs or a combination.  We'll see, but My final weigh in for the month is Tuesday and since I am fresh off my cheat day should be smooth sailing

Even though I wasn't motivated I've learned I should go more than 2 days without working out.  Also I have 2 more days of Pilates to complete my exercise challenge for the month.  I ended up doing Leslie Sansone you can do pilates.  Its short and I always end up feeling better after from all the stretching.

Since I hit 358 I went ahead and ordered by prize for the 350s.  21 day fix.yes, shouldn't it have been something fun or awesome...like donuts...because clearly donuts are awesome?

I wanted it, and I know a month is the longest I can go with doing the same workout.  It has burpees in it...and some other stuff that will make me sad, but I want to push myself. The gym is too advanced so here we are. The other thing I was thinking about was a new band for my fitbit or a new gym bag.  I'm meh on the fit bit.   Walking isn't my primary form of exercise and it doesn't track other stuff well, and even if it did...I don't want to track my exercise that way.  I like saying I have to do something it can be 15 min or 60.  As long as I did something.

I need a new gym bag, but pretty sure I'm going to suspend my current membership and look for something cheaper, so yeah not needed a new gym back so much.

I think it is awesome that you chose 21 day fix for your reward! And burpees -- the bane of everyone's existence, right? So hard, but so effective! GO YOU!

Well I got back on track with the walking. 7 miles in 2 days is alot compared to where i started from and would be nice to knock out 10 miles by sunday (the end of my work out week). Well on 3fc I have noticed how bad High Frucose Corn Syrup (HFCS) is. So I had some lamb to cook and wanted some flavor. So instead of the marinade (which has HFCS) I bought I put some olive oil, rosemary and thyme in a pan and heated that then added the lamb. A little salt and pepper on both sides. It was probably the best lamb I have ever cooked. I think I am going to give the un-used stuff to my family and finish up the rest. Or we'll see. Something else that happened yesterday. I take the bus from NY to NJ to go home and there is a long escalator to get to the bus top. Easily 20-30 feet.....and the escalator wasn't working. I walked up without stoping. I didn't feel like I was going to die and at the top I didn't stop I kept moving to get to where I had to go. So I realized...

Up 3 lbs.

Well I just couldn't what to weigh myself and I am up 3 lbs. Normally I would be devastated, but Everything 3fc has taught says 1. I should probably weight myself in the morning. 2. It is not the end of the world. I also have to admit i overate yesterday, and I had a big meal Saturday . So the plans is to stick to what I am supposed to do and weigh again Saturday morning. The guy I am seeing will be up Saturday morning, and it is Super bowl weekend, so eating is not going to be the greatest this weekend. Everything else is ok. Added Later I just realized I got cocky. I assumed since I had had all this great weight loss I could eat whatever. I have not been eating intuitively. So I am glad I did the weighin and will try and do better.
