So I didn't work out this weekend and I didn't make my 250 goal, but I didn't buy any patterns either.so I stuck to and I was PISSED...so I got up and did the hardest Chris freytah dvd
Prevention: Walk Yourself Fit-48 min

I am going to try and do abs tonight and weights tomorow...

I WILL GET MY PATTERNS...evil cackle here....
